• Items will be delivered to your door using Kuroneko Delivery Service.
• The delivery time is from 9 am to 6 pm every day from Monday to Saturday. We will contact you by phone when the goods are delivered. Please keep your phone open and pay attention to unfamiliar callers to avoid missing the delivery of the goods. If you cannot be contacted during consecutive deliveries, the order will be automatically cancelled.
• We provide online card payment and convenience store pickup service, but no convenience store pickup and payment service.
• Please be sure to pick up your package at the designated store within 7 days (including holidays). If you exceed the time limit, the convenience store will return the package.
• There are volume restrictions for convenience store pickups. If your order exceeds the limit, a customer service specialist will contact you to change the delivery method.
• Spot goods: Delivery time is about 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays)
