使用方法：早餐前空腹食用，每天取8-10滴於半杯水或果汁內提示後立即飲用。 （適儷挺十滴飲呈微酸性，若未黎明就直接滴入口中，會產生輕微刺激感，請遵循指示食用，多食無益。）
保存方法：請儲存於陰涼乾燥處，避免陽光照射及幼兒可及部位。開封後請在四個月內使用。請勿將水或其他液體放入瓶中。
保存期限：3年（因每個批次有效期限可能不同，請另附包裝標籤）
